LPA Energy Group Appoints Andrew Skelton as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

LPA Energy Group (“LPA”) today announced the appointment of Andrew Skelton as Chief Executive Officer, marking the next phase in the company’s continued growth and strategic evolution.
Andrew joins LPA with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across ASX-listed and private organisations, bringing a strong track record in transforming businesses through technology, strategic execution and disciplined growth. His appointment reflects LPA’s ambition to scale its lighting and energy solution offerings both locally and globally.
Andrew most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of ReadCloud Limited (ASX:RCL), where he led a strategic refocus on customer-centric growth, accelerated expansion in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and strengthened operational discipline to support scalable growth.
Prior to this, Andrew was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of A2B Australia Limited (ASX:A2B) for over eight years, leading the group through a period of profound industry disruption. He drove the digital transformation of A2B’s core brands, repositioning 13cabs through new booking, payment and safety technologies, and modernising operations to defend market position against the rise of ride-share.
Andrew began his career as an M&A Lawyer at K&L Gates, changing paths to business leadership to pursue his passion for growing organisations on the strength of class leading customer service delivered by an energised and engaged workforce.
Andrew will join John Saunders, Executive Chairman & Founder, and Leigh Parry, Chief Financial Officer, as part of a unified leadership team working together to drive LPA’s continued expansion across lighting, energy optimisation, smart systems and data-driven platforms.
The appointment follows a period of significant international expansion for LPA. In early 2026, the Group acquired CS Illumination (CSI), a US-based lighting solutions business, establishing a direct platform to serve retail and commercial clients across North America. CSI was founded by President Scott King, who now heads LPA’s US operations and will work closely with Andrew and the global leadership team to scale the Group’s presence in the region.
